THE CHALLENGE:

Courier Gateway in Toronto is a startup company offering a cloud-based platform and services to drive greater efficiency and visibility into package and freight delivery operations. As a newly launched startup, Courier Gateway required a Tier 1 Support Team to handle new client onboarding and ongoing support. The ebb and flow of demand required a recruiting approach which ensured quick ramp up and the option to pause hiring when needed. The environment did not justify hiring a full-time in-house recruiter, and contingency fees to 3rd parties were unacceptable.
